That's correct - any can that's 500ml will work with our product.
What's preventing the can from bursting as you ride?

There is a seal that prevents the liquid from spilling out and the pressure from the carbonation inside the device releases slowly through the top part of the lid. Monster doesn’t have too much carbonation to be fair. If you wanted to put a coke for example thats when we think the carbonation pressure would actually be a major problem. We’ve tested our product with different brands of 500ml energy drinks and haven’t had problems with leakage.
